The COVID-19 Pandemic has tested our organization and partners in new and unprecedented ways. Like many of our Legal Service Organization partners, OneJustice had to cancel clinics, reassess our community’s needs, and quickly pivot our model.
After careful research, testing, evaluation, and iteration, OneJustice has developed a Remote Clinic Toolkit to share with our community of Legal Service Organizations, Community Based Organizations, and advocates.
The toolkit provides a project management system, security best practices, participant surveys, Pro Bono workflows, and data collection strategies. Whether you are staffing a remote clinic with your own team or with Pro Bono volunteers, the following systems and advice may help you craft a safer, more productive, and client-centered experience.
