Leaders today must be equipped with the tools to innovate, advanced insight, and adaptive leadership skills.

Strategic Leadership: Navigating the Now is a six-month, advanced training program designed for Executive Directors, Deputy Directors, and senior-level leaders who have completed OneJustice’s Executive Fellowship and/or have two years of comparable experience as an Executive Director, Deputy Director, or senior-level leader.

Who Should Apply

The program is designed for Executive Directors, Deputy Directors, and senior-level leaders who have completed OneJustice’s Executive Fellowship program and/or have two years of comparable experience as an Executive Director, Deputy Director, or senior-level leader.
