Board Leadership Training

OneJustice’s Board Leadership Training gives current and prospective legal aid board members the practical tools to do the job strategically: learn how legal aid organizations are funded and structured, what a board member is actually responsible for, and how to contribute meaningfully to fundraising, financial oversight, and mission-driven strategy.

The program combines case studies, peer engagement, and live interactive sessions led by experienced OneJustice staff. We welcome board members of nonprofit and legal aid organizations, regardless of your professional background or lived experience.

For organizations seeking a more tailored experience, OneJustice can design a custom board training specifically for your organization.

These sessions are developed in close collaboration with your leadership team to reflect your organization’s mission, strategic priorities, and current stage of growth. Whether your board is newly forming, navigating leadership transitions, or preparing for its next phase of impact, OneJustice’s facilitators will craft an interactive experience that meets your unique needs.
