Board Leadership Training

Board governance is an essential element of organizational decision-making and leadership. 

OneJustice’s Board Leadership Training fosters strategic and mission-driven board representation on nonprofit legal aid boards.

The program offers a practical course on strengthening the effectiveness of legal aid board members from a multitude of industries, backgrounds, and lived experiences.

For organizations seeking a more tailored experience, OneJustice can design a custom board training specifically for your organization.

These sessions are developed in close collaboration with your leadership team to reflect your organization’s mission, strategic priorities, and current stage of growth. Whether your board is newly forming, navigating leadership transitions, or preparing for its next phase of impact, OneJustice’s facilitators will craft an interactive experience that meets your unique needs.
