These interactive virtual workshops include a special focus on basic core principles of nonprofit management that staffers at all levels of the organizations can benefit from. August 7, 2024: Strategic Planning 101
The first workshop we’re offering is Strategic Planning 101. This training module will teach the basics of how to begin that presentation from finding the correct consultants, prepping staff, as well as setting realistic expectations for you and your Board of Directors.
August 14, 2024: Project Management Through a DEI Lens
The second workshop of OneJustice’s 2024 Nonprofit 101 Workshop Series for Legal Aid Staff is open for registrants! The second webinar, Project Management through a DEI lens, will teach staffers from across your organizations the basics of not only project management but how you can incorporate DEI principles into your program management style and goals.
August 21, 2024: Board Governance Basics
The third and final workshop of OneJustice’s 2024 Nonprofit 101 Workshop Series for Legal Aid Staff is open for registrants! The final workshop “Board Governance Basics” will help you understand the roles of the board, how to present these roles to your own Board of Directors, and finally the best practices for both the Board of Directors and the senior managers who work with them.
