Join us in welcoming Program Director, Robert White, to the OneJustice team! Robert, a OneJustice Executive Fellowship alum, brings deep experience in leadership growth, professional development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion – and a passion for our mission of advancing justice.
He has served as Executive Director of California Minority Counsel Program (CMCP), a nonprofit organization dedicated to building community and championing diversity in the legal profession, for over seven years. In addition, Robert has held roles in career counseling, corporate training, law practice at both a law firm and a corporation, and executive coaching—bringing a unique combination of legal, organizational, and leadership expertise.
Lifting others, exploring divergent ideas for human and organizational development, and creating spaces for authentic connection, self-expression and collaboration are central to Robert’s personal and professional mission.
