OneJustice and LAAC are partnering for the second session in OneJustice’s workshop series “Strategic Planning for Uncertain Times: A Workshop Leadership Series for Resilience and Recovery”. 

This series is designed to support Executive Directors and organizational leadership through the complexities of navigating an organization through financial downturns.

This upcoming session will focus on understanding your organization’s financial position. OneJustice and LAAC staff will walk you through using finance tools to help with understanding your financial position, revenue model, cash flow projections, and conduct scenario planning. Among the tools that will be discussed are the Nonprofit Finance Fund’s Cash Flow Template and a forecast tool LAAC has adapted from the OneJustice Executive Fellowship program.
