Maximizing Impact: Immigration
Maximizing Impact: Immigration is in its 3rd year, graduating 65 leaders representing 25 immigration legal services organizations.
The program is a FREE, 6 month training program that empowers leaders of immigration legal aid organizations across California to deepen their impact and sustainability in the fight for immigrant justice.
Designed for decision-makers, this powerful program offers a space to rethink how limited resources can be most strategically deployed to meet the evolving legal needs of immigrant communities.
Through a dynamic mix of peer learning, expert coaching, and practical tools, participants explore data-driven planning, financial sustainability, strategic use of technology, and long-term resource allocation—all with a focus on maximizing outcomes for immigrants.

Maximizing Impact: Pro Bono
Maximizing Impact: Pro Bono is an innovative, FREE, 6 month training program designed to equip leaders of legal aid nonprofits with the tools and strategies to strengthen and grow their pro bono programs.
Tailored for those managing volunteer attorney engagement, this high-impact program provides a collaborative space to explore how to most effectively and sustainably harness pro bono resources in service of low-income communities.
Through peer learning, expert coaching, and practical skill-building, participants delve into topics like data-informed program design, volunteer engagement and retention, financial planning, and innovative uses of technology.
The program empowers legal aid leaders to build stronger, more responsive, and more impactful pro bono programs that expand access to justice.
