At OneJustice, we believe that the power of pro bono lies not just in service, but in strategy. It’s about using limited resources wisely, building systems that support long-term impact, and learning from what works.
Impactful pro bono programs don’t happen by chance – they’re built with intention.
If you are looking to launch or redesign a pro bono project, leverage emerging opportunities, or strengthen your existing infrastructure, check out OneJustice’s Maximizing Impact: Pro Bono program—a free, virtual training program specifically designed for pro bono managers within legal services organizations.

About the Program

Through a series of five sessions, with a focus on peer learning and collaboration, participants will explore how to:
- Design Your Impact Strategy: Build a mission-driven framework that aligns pro bono work with organizational goals and community needs.
- Maximize Staff and Volunteer Resources: Structure your program to leverage the right people in the right roles – efficiently and sustainably.
- Turn Data into Action: Use data to evaluate outcomes, make informed decisions, and tell the story of your program.
This program is an invitation to come together, learn, and amplify the transformative outcomes that pro bono makes possible.
Sessions will take place over Zoom from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM PT on
July 29, 2025
August 26, 2025
September 30, 2025
October 28, 2025
November 18, 2025
Project work:
Throughout the program, participants will apply their learning to an applied practice project – a real challenge or opportunity within their organization. While focusing on individual projects, participants will also share ideas and learn from peers. No extra hours outside scheduled sessions are required. Each participant will give an oral presentation and receive individualized coaching support.
*Because there are a limited number of spaces in the program, the expectation is that all of the participants will attend every session. If there is a calendar conflict for one of the scheduled sessions, we may be able to accommodate if only one session will be missed.
Apply for the Program
The deadline to submit applications is Friday, June 27, 2025.
