Caseloads keep climbing. Funding and staffing are not keeping pace. Immigration enforcement and court landscapes change day to day.
OneJustice’s Maximizing Immigration Impact Project is a FREE 6-month program for leaders of immigration legal services organizations.
The program is tailored specifically with immigration legal teams in mind. You will leave the program with concrete tools for balancing sustainability and impact, plus a project plan tailored to your organization’s actual staffing and community needs.
The Program
OneJustice’s virtual program emphasizes facilitated peer learning and training curated for your immigration legal services team. You will build the vital skills and strategies that will allow you to amplify the impact of your program.
- Theory of Change: What is your vision and how are you working to achieve it?
- Data-Driven Planning: Measure what matters and apply it to your practice.
- Financial Sustainability: Make your budget match your mission long term.
- Strategic Planning: Develop the tools to plan past this fiscal year.
- Change Management: Bring your staff with you, not just along for the ride.
- Resource Allocation: Put people and dollars where they’ll have the biggest impact.
