Programs/Services:

VIDAS provides a full range of immigration legal representation for people of all ages from all over the world. We offer removal defense, detained representation, asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, DACA, VAWA, U and T visas for survivors of certain crimes and trafficking, family-based petitions, consular processing, work authorization, permanent residency, and citizenship.

Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal candidate would bring board experience, cultural humility, fundraising skills, relational acumen, and a passion for social justice and access to justice. To complete our board matrix, we would especially welcome people with legal, marketing and communications, nonprofit management/leadership, or board governance experience. Our board and staff represent diverse ages, gender identifications, and countries of origin. We welcome unique lived experiences.
