About the Project

OneJustice’s Maximizing Impact Project is a free 6-month training program dedicated to providing space for leaders of immigration legal services organizations throughout California to explore how to most strategically deploy their limited resources while balancing sustainability and impact. With a focus on peer learning and discussion, participants receive support in implementing effective practices and tailoring their services to meet community and staffing needs.

OneJustice offers individualized one-on-one coaching assistance throughout the Maximizing Impact Program. 

OneJustice is committed to helping leaders increase the effectiveness of their individual organizations through capstone projects that maximize the skills and tools acquired in our program.
