Overview
OneJustice’s Maximizing Immigration Impact Project is a free 6-month training program dedicated to providing space for leaders of immigration legal services organizations throughout California to explore how to most strategically deploy their limited resources while balancing sustainability and impact. With a focus on peer learning and discussion, participants will receive support in implementing effective practices and tailoring their services to meet community and staffing needs.
Training Focus Areas:
- Theories of Change: What are we trying to do and how do we hope to achieve our goals?
- Data-Driven Planning: How will we know if we are accomplishing our objectives and maximizing our impact?
- Navigating Financial Considerations: How do we make sure we can afford and sustain what we want to do?
- Strategic Planning: How can we maximize our impact for the long-term?
- Change Management: How do we manage staff expectations when change occurs?
Staff and Volunteer Resource Allocation: How do we best utilize our resources to accomplish our objectives?
