Why I work at OneJustice

I joined OneJustice because of the life-changing legal aid opportunities OneJustice provides to underserved and marginalized communities in California and its mission to strengthen and support California’s legal aid system. I understand the need for transforming the legal aid system for the millions of Californians who are seeking critical legal services.

Professional Background

Prior to joining OneJustice, I worked in the communications field providing media and communications strategy to nonprofit clients. I also have had a variety of experiences working in public interest law at the Brennan Center for Justice, Georgetown Law Center’s Initiative for Gender Justice & Opportunity, and the Public International Law and Policy Group. These opportunities gave me an important foundation in utilizing law and policy to create social and political change for marginalized groups. I am also a graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in history.

I really love:

I love spending quality time with my rescue dog, River, practicing yoga at my local studio, and streaming lots of TV shows so I can give recommendations to my family and friends.
