Optional Interactive Sessions
OneJustice will offer additional, optional sessions where leaders can work through organizational challenges/opportunities with the support of other leaders and OneJustice experts.
These sessions will provide an opportunity to apply what they have learned, unpack and think “outside the box” about organizational challenges/opportunities, and get support from peer leaders.
These opt-in sessions are organized by topic area (e.g. HR, crisis management, program innovation, etc.) to allow leaders to dig deeper into challenges/opportunities in areas of interest. Leaders who want to work on a specific challenge/opportunity throughout the duration of the program can do so through these opt-in sessions (with the goal of developing an action plan), or can choose to get support on multiple challenges/opportunities on a variety of topics.
The days and times of these optional sessions will be determined according to individual schedules. Please note in your application if you would like to attend the first optional session after the June 18th session.
