Our 10-month leadership intensive is designed to help you:

• Grow foundational skills in nonprofit management and governance, best practices, crisis management, and strategic thinking.
• Master executive leadership through a collaborative, peer-driven learning experience.
• Build connections and foster partnerships with leaders across the legal aid sector.
  

Participants learn from expert facilitation and peer learning within their cohort. 

Program participants also work on an individual capstone project tackling an issue specific to their role and the distinct needs of their organization.
