The Fellowship
OneJustice trains legal aid leaders, who are innovating how legal services are delivered to hundreds of thousands of families in California and across the nation. Our graduates include visionary leaders who have expanded their community impact more than tenfold, as well as graduates who have moved into philanthropy, government, and the federal judiciary.
Legal services nonprofits around the country are facing unprecedented changes to their historic operating models. The COVID-19 pandemic caused an abrupt shift in staffing and service delivery, the effects of which are continuing to be felt today. The Black Lives Matter movement underscored the need for ongoing reform and conversations regarding anti-racism efforts in all segments of society, including legal services.
OneJustice’s Executive Fellowship program is training the next generation of diverse leadership in the nonprofit legal services sector.
The program’s 10 month intensive curriculum expands the capacity of nonprofit legal organizations to better serve their clients and staff.
The Executive Fellowship delivers graduate-level nonprofit management content with a focus on learning that is both multi-modal and peer-based, with classmates from similar organizational backgrounds and a vast array of lived and professional experience.
Since 2010, OneJustice’s Executive Fellowship program has trained hundreds of leaders throughout California and nationwide.
