Maximizing Impact Project

OneJustice provides support and training to the immigration legal aid sector to help advocates advance the rights of immigrant community members.

About the Project

OneJustice’s Maximizing Impact Project is a free 6-month training program dedicated to providing space for leaders of immigration legal services organizations throughout California to explore how to most strategically deploy their limited resources while balancing sustainability and impact.

With a focus on peer learning and discussion, participants will receive support in: (1) using data to guide their decision-making, (2) implementing the most promising and effective practices, and (3) tailoring their services to meet community and staffing needs.

Applications for the next leadership cohort will open on May 1, 2024 with a submission deadline of May 31, 2024.
