Senior Manager of Research and Evaluation
Why I work at OneJustice:

I work at OneJustice because I believe in strengthening the network of legal services available to the public. I’m inspired by the opportunity to collaborate with partners in the field and work on creative approaches to delivering legal services for the future.

Professional Background:

As Senior Manager of Research and Evaluation at OneJustice, I lead the organization in developing strategies and tools for evaluating the impact of our programs. Originally from the U.K., I started my career as a research consultant and then joined the Impact Evaluation team at Citizens Advice, a nationwide network of community advice services. In this role, I led survey research to evaluate client outcomes and contributed to a study modelling the economic impact of the service. After moving to the U.S., I joined the Office of Court Research in the Judicial Council of California. In this position, I contributed to studies measuring workload across California’s superior courts and supported a budget subcommittee in evaluating the impact of funding policy.

I really love:

Classic British crime dramas, being able to swim outdoors, Bay Area bookshops, and pupusas.
